Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Freshley, we strive to provide the best dining and delivery experience to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • In rare cases of system failure or payment errors, we may allow cancellation after confirmation.
  • You must contact us within 15 minutes of placing the order for any possible cancellation.

2. Refunds

We do not provide refunds. However, a replacement may be offered under the following conditions:

  • Any issue must be reported within 30 minutes of receiving your order by contacting our customer support team at +91 9243213818.
  • If approved, the exact same order will be delivered in the next available time slot at the same address.
